The reason that Pepper turn into red slow :
1. The growth period of different pepper varieties is different, so the coloring speed is different .
2. Pepper prefers P.K.fertilizer during growth period ,does not like high nitrogen fertilizer, especially in the late
growth period, pay attention to controlling the insert of nitrogen fertilizer, and at the same time, it rationally matches
the medium -sized elements to avoid the phenomenon of “return into green” in peppers.
3. The growth temperature range of pepper is 15-30 ° C, the suitable growth temperature is 23-28 ° C during the day,
and at 18-23 ° C in the evening. When the temperature is lower than 15 ° C, the plant growth rate is slow, the pollination
is difficult, and the flowers are easy to fall and fruit. When the temperature is higher than 35 ° C, the flowers are not developing.
In addition, when the temperature is lower than 20 ° C or higher than 35 ° C for a long time, it will affect the formation of normal
pepper echin and natural ethylene, which will affect the coloring of pepper.
4. When the pepper is turning into red, the lack of light causes the chili to be slow. Therefore, when planting, we need to pay attention
to controlling the planting density. In the later period, pay attention to enhancing the ventilation and light transmission between plants,
and accelerate the color of peppers.
